To reserve a meeting room in Moscone Convention Center or one of the official DAC hotels, (in accordance with section 8 of the Operating Rules and Regulations – see below), please complete this approval request form by March 26, 2021.

Meetings and/or Events that do not conflict with the DAC technical program will be approved prior to April 1, 2021. If there is a conflict of topics or times with the DAC approved technical program, the DAC Technical Program Chairs will notify the Event Contact prior to April 1, 2021.
Upon submission of this Meeting Room Approval Request through April 30, 2021, there is no financial penalty for cancellation of this request. On or after April 30, 2021, 100% of the total Meeting Room Rental Fee will be due for cancellation of this request. No refund or credit will be provided at any time after April 30, 2021.
Please note: You must let us know if you plan to host an Ancillary or Collocated meeting by April 1st. Deposits are due at least two weeks prior to the event start date on July 15, 2021.
