The Designer Track sponsorship offers exposure to attendees in a technical session setting and will drive brand awareness. The Designer Track is to be comprised of up to 18 sessions featuring approximately 50 presentations and poster presentations over three conference days. It is positioned as part of the conference program and will take place in conjunction with the technical sessions. Your company logo will be on the transition slides shown before and after each session. Your company will be highlighted as the Designer Track sponsor on the DAC website, conference signage, in the Conference Program/Exhibits Guide and more.

The Conference Program & Exhibits Guide is the printed program distributed onsite to all attendees to reference the technical program and exhibitors. The Conference Program & Exhibits Guide is also used by attendees as a reference tool throughout the year. Conference Program & Exhibits Guide ads are full-page ads offered in the following positions. (Ad specifications will be provided when contract is received.)
Each secondary listing gives the represented or partner company access to be listed as an exhibitor in all direct mail pieces, the Conference Program & Exhibits Guide, Map Guide and have a full online listing. With a secondary exhibitor listing, your partners will receive badges with their own company name, info, etc.

This opportunity allows you to place vinyl stickers on the center runners (2) and side glass panels (4) of the escalators leading from Level 1 to 2, and from Level 2 to 3, creating a dynamic message for attendees entering and exiting from the Registration Area on Level 1 all the way up to the Keynotes and Technical Sessions on Level 3.
This opportunity allows you to attach a 4’ x 2’ message (double-sided) to the bottom of the Aisle Signs in the Exhibit Hall on each level for a message that all DAC attendees will see multiple times during their visit to the Exhibits on both levels.
Lobby Digital Signs - $15,000 – 10 second spot/30 minutes per hour - exclusive! *SOLD*
This opportunity includes 3 - 10 second spots every minute, for a total of 30 minutes of sponsor promotion every hour. This digital video wall is located in the entrance lobby of Moscone West, above the entrance to the Level 1 Exhibit Hall, and will run a continuous loop of the sponsor's message, along with conference information, so your message will be displayed on an ongoing basis throughout the Meeting.
Be first to greet DAC attendees to the Exhibit Hall as they enter from the Registration Area and the Level 1 Entrance, or from the Level 2 Lobby. These 10’ x 10’ vinyl stickers will be placed on the floor just inside each of the main entrances to the Exhibits, so DAC attendees will see your message multiple times as they are entering and leaving the Exhibit Hall each day. The DAC attendee list includes Conference and Exhibit-Only attendees and is only available to DAC exhibitors. Beginning 11:00 AM Central/9:00 AM Pacific, Tuesday, October 20, schedule your email distribution.
Email distributions are available throughout the year. However, email distributions for individual company promotions from May – August must be scheduled in advance and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Email distributions will be conducted by DAC Conference Management.
Pricing: $.45 per recipient - $.50 per filtered recipient – minimum prices apply
Lists are based on price per recipient. Filters can be applied to target your message to the appropriate recipients. Filter categories will be sent to you by DAC Conference Management after your request has been approved. The minimum price for an Email Distribution is $1,000.
