Thank you for agreeing to be a Session Chair for a Designer, Embedded Systems, or IP Track session at DAC 2020! This Session Chair Resource Center is designed to help guide you through the slide review process and pre-conference preparation.

Deadline: Thurssday, June 25
As a Designer, Embedded Systems, or IP Track Session Chair and senior member of the technical community, we are relying on you to review and provide constructive feedback on the technical content of the presentation slides for each speaker in your session. This has an enormous impact on the quality of the session.
In addition to content, kindly pay attention to style issues, such as:
A formal slide review is not required for invited/special Sessions in these tracks.
Session Chairs are free, but not required, to coordinate an informal review directly with the presenters from their individual sessions if desired.
Deadline: Monday, June 1, 2020 (Registration instructions will be emailed on May 11, 2020)
All DAC Session Chairs are entitled to a discounted full-conference registration rate.
Robin Albright, DAC Registration Coordinator, will send an email to all Session Chairs with instructions on how to register on May 11, 2020.
All Session Chairs and speakers are required to attend the Speaker’s Breakfast to receive important last minute information regarding set up for the session as well as meet with the speakers to confirm bios and attendance.
Dates/Time of Speaker Breakfasts (attend the morning of your session only):

At the breakfast, please be sure to meet the speakers in your session, confirm everyone is present and ready for your session, and pick up the speaker bios provided for introductions.
Please be at the session room 30 minutes before the session start time to assist the presenters with loading their slides and become familiar with the audio visual equipment.
