Congratulations on being accepted to present a poster at DAC 2017! This Poster Presenter Resource Center is designed to help Designer/IP Track poster-only presenters finalize their posters and prepare for responsibilities at conference.

Designer/IP Track poster-only presenters will be notified of acceptance via email on Thursday, March 16.
Once you have received the email of acceptance, the submitter of your presentation will be asked to log into his Navigation Center to complete the Confirmation Form—please make any needed corrections to the title and author information, confirm the speaker of the presentation, and re-submit by the deadline.
The following steps must be completed by the deadlines indicated:
You will receive an email from ACM on or around March 31 with a link to fill out and sign an A/V Permission Form. It is vital that the information in the form that you complete and the information in your final presentation (title, author list) match exactly.

The designated speaker for this poster presenentation was sent a personalized link. You will use this link to upload your final poster presentations for the DAC.com archive. If have questions or need your link again please contact Jackie McIntosh.
Designer/IP Track poster presentations will be held from 5:00pm to 6:00pm on the Exhibit Floor. Please view the Conference Schedule to identify your presentation day. Poster boards will be available for setup at 10:00am (upon the opening of the Exhibit Floor), and posters should be removed at 6:15pm following the conclusion of the poster session.
