This Special Session Speaker Resource Center is designed to help presenters finalize proceedings papers, create slide presentations, and prepare for responsibilities at conference.

Special Sessions will be notified of acceptance via email on Thursday, February 23.
Once the session submitter has received the email of acceptance, they will be asked to finalize the session information in the Conference Session Builder— please communicate to your session submitter any needed corrections to the title, author information and speaker of your presentation before the deadline.

Draft paper is submitted to the the special session chair via email. This paper must follow the ACM paper template and the first word of the title should be "INIVTED" in all capital letters.

You will receive an email from ACM on or around March 10 with a link to fill out and sign a release form. It is vital that the information in the release form that you complete and the information at the top of your final paper (title, author list) match exactly.
Speakers will receive registration instructions by April 3. Please contact Robin Albright with registration questions.

Final papers must be emailed to Jackie McIntosh firstname.lastname@example.org no later than Tuesday, April 11.

Should you choose to utilize the offer, prior to the conference, the session chair will review each presenter's slides and provide feedback to the speaker.
All speakers are asked to upload their final presentation slides so they can be included in the DAC Archive pages on www.dac.com. Final slides are uploaded to the same place you submitted your draft slides and bio.
Please plan to arrive 30 minutes prior to the start of your session to familiarize yourself with the equipment and prepare for the session. Speakers are responsible for loading their slides on the computer in the meeting room using a USB drive. Please note: presentations may not be run from the speaker's personal laptop.
