Presenters of SKYTalks, TechTalks and Analyst talks are given 45 minutes in the DAC Pavilion. Presenters have the option of having Q&A should they choose.

DAC Panels have the option to present slides during the panel. The panel organizer or moderator will be responsible for preparing and submitting the final panel slide deck.

All presentations in the DAC Pavilion are recorded. Videos will be on DAC TV YouTube channel and in the DAC archives after the conference.

Submission Requirements, Guidelines, & Information

I need an invitation letter for my visa. How do I request this?
International presenters and attendees who need a visa letter should first complete the form and then download a copy of the letter directly from the form.

Do Speakers need to register for DAC? If so, which registration rates are acceptable?
Yes, all presenters at DAC need to register for the conference. DAC Pavilion presenters and speakers can register for I LOVE DAC (complimentary), Engineering Track, Full Conference or have an Exhibitor badge.

The following guidelines should be followed when preparing your final slides for submission:

DAC Analyst, TechTalk and SKYTalks

  • DAC template is available but optional for DAC Pavilion Special Sessions

  • Submissions must be in PowerPoint format: 16:9 aspect ratio.

  • Consistent with DAC policy, company logos may appear only on the title slide.

    • Slide 1: Title, presenter names and affiliations

    • Additional slides to follow

DAC Pavilion Panels

  • Panel slides are required to use the DAC template

  • Consistent with DAC policy, company logos may appear only on the title slide.

    • Slide 1: Title of panel, presenter and moderator names and affiliations

    • Additional slides to follow

  • Important: Ensure that you have the necessary legal, trademark, copyright, and/or organizational approval needed to submit your presentation. Take appropriate steps to get this approval early, as the submission deadline cannot be extended.

  • You are requested to use the DAC template for all presentations; if not, please include the DAC logo on your presentation.

  • ONLY PPT, PPTX, or PDF files are allowed

  • Only landscape format may be used

  • We do not allow any information in the footer except for the page number. Everything else will just distract from the content of the slides

  • Company/University name and/or logo may only appear on the title (first slide) page

All DAC Pavilion presentations will be recorded and published after the event on DAC.TV.  All presenters are required to fill out the video release form no later than June 1, 2026. Submit form to: info@DAC.com

The DAC Pavilion review committee consists of industry experts who collectively represent years of design and software development experience.

  • Quality of material including writing, illustrations, and organization.

  • Product marketing material or company marketing pitches is inappropriate for the DAC Pavilion Special Sessions (SKYTalks, TechTalks, Analyst Talks)
