Exhibitor Forum presenters are given 30 minutes in the Exhibitor Forum Theatre. Presenters have the option of having Q&A should they choose.
All presentations in the Exhibitor Forum Theater are recorded. Videos will be on DAC TV YouTube channel and in the DAC archives after the conference.

I need an invitation letter for my visa. How do I request this?
International presenters and attendees who need a visa letter should first complete the form and then download a copy of the letter directly from the form.Do Speakers need to register for DAC? If so, which registration rates are acceptable?
Yes, all presenters at DAC need to register for the conference. Exhibitor Forum presenters can register for I LOVE DAC (complimentary), Engineering Track, Full Conference or have an Exhibitor badge. -
You are required to use the DAC template for all presentations
ONLY PPT, PPTX, or PDF files are allowed
Only landscape format may be used 16:9 aspect ratio.
We do not allow any information in the footer except for the page number. Everything else will just distract from the content of the slides
Total number of slides must be 12 or fewer (including title slide)
Intro slide should clearly state the topic being addressed
Slides should be used to frame the discussion – presenters are encouraged to minimize the amount of content on the slides and focus on providing details via discussion
Q&A is optional but must remain in the 30-minute time slot.
Important - ensure that you have the necessary legal, trademark, copyright, and/or organizational approval needed to submit your presentation. Take appropriate steps to get this approval early, as the submissions deadline cannot be extended.

All Exhibitor Forum presentations will be recorded and published after the event on DAC.TV. All presenters are required to fill out the video release form no later than June 1, 2026. Submit form to: info@DAC.com
