Companies looking to host an Additional or Exhibitor Meeting at DAC must complete the Request Form no later than March 12, 2027. Each meeting requires its own form to be submitted. There is no guarantee that the DAC Show Management team can accommodate your request. Industry Partner meeting rooms will be assigned first followed by exhibitor meeting room requests, based on availability.
Notice & Guidelines: Submitting a completed Exhibitor Meeting Room Request Form signifies that you agree to the EXHIBITION OPERATING RULES AND REGULATIONS and understand that your organization will be responsible for paying all production expenses. Disclaimer: Rental of the space includes the room for the designated time slot plus the room setup. Additional expenses such as AV, F&B, Decor, security, etc. will be an additional cost and the responsibility of the contractor to finalize and pay for these services.
