If you require a Visa Letter in order to travel to DAC, you can request an invitation letter while completing the registration form. After registering, you will be provided a downloadable Visa Letter to submit as part of the visa approval process. Please email dac@csreg.zohodesk.com with any questions or concerns related to the visa application process, or to request a Visa Letter ahead of registration opening.

Please note, anyone under the age of 18 is not allowed to register or attend a DAC conference. Strollers or infant carriers are not permitted at any time. Only registrants are allowed to be present in the exhibition hall, conference sessions and receptions.

DAC will provide a full refund of registration fees, less an administrative processing fee of $50, for any cancellations received in writing on or before June 1, 2025. Cancellations should be sent to dac@csreg.zohodesk.com. Telephone cancellations are NOT accepted for refunds. Participants must obtain confirmation of receipt of email from DAC on or before the cancellation deadline. All refunds will be processed within 10 days of the date of cancellation received to the original form of payment. After June 1, 2025, there will be no refunds for registrations canceled whatsoever. Substitutions cannot be made. For any questions contact the registration team at dac@csreg.zohodesk.com. Hotel reservations must be canceled separately and directly with the hotel.
