DAC Workshop Call for Proposals

Submission Requirements | Guidelines | Timeline | Topics and Keywords | Additional Information

DAC invites you to submit a workshop on emerging topics related to design, design methodologies, and design automation as well as automotive electronics, hardware and embedded system security, artificial intelligence and cloud computing.

Workshop proposals should address topics which span the interest of many suppliers and users, and are not specific to a single vendor for advertisement or endorsement of their technology.

A workshop is a focused meeting spanning from two to nine hours, gathering together 30 or more people interested in a common topic related to design, design methodologies, and design automation for intense discussion and information exchange.  All workshops will be held on Sunday, June 22, 2025 at the Moscone Convention Center in San Francisco, CA.

Workshops should have a balance of multiple presenters from different companies presenting their ideas, and soliciting alternative ideas for discussion.

Alternatively, if you envision holding an event where one or more teachers train an audience on an interesting topic, then please submit a Tutorial Proposal instead of a Workshop Proposal.

DAC requires all organizers and presenters to register for the full conference and they are eligible for the speaker rate; presentation is contingent on registering. All presenters must be registered by April 29.

Submission Requirements

  • The title of the workshop
  • Abstract of 500 words
  • Topic Area (a list is provided below)
  • Organizer(s) name, affiliation, city, state, country, and email address
  • Brief bios of the organizers
  • All supplemental information should be submitted via a PDF attachment.
